Inspired

With the new release of Alice in Wonderland I wanted to produce a selection of images that were each based on specific characters, which to me where most memorable. Inspired by there outfits, appearance and characteristics,I wanted to adapt these elements and portray each character in my own style.

Conform

These images were part of a series I used in my book titled 'Conform'.

Being guilty myself of ‘Image’, my interests in Fashion and Beauty, has led me to look at Images that have been highly styled and Considered; and my own Images now tend to follow this idea of Image, style and Beauty. For my Book, I’ve taken my Models and asked them to come in, styled as they like and wearing only Jeans and a white top. By doing this, you are forced to see the Models how they are, and how they are most comfortable, in comparison to being a blank canvas for the Image. With no regards to their height or size, I’ve Photographed Women between the ages of 16-30, showing clear differences, yet portrayed equally.
